My friend and I were at a park once with a camera (obviously). Suddenly we see this strange fellow wearing weird clothes. He stood still for hours and started to move his mouth as if he were talking but no sounds came out. Apparently he was a mentally ill guy talking to himself. We called the cops and they drove him to his parents house. His parents were actually searching for him at that moment cause he ran away from home due to his mother telling him to stop talking when she's busy. Crazy story eh?
