@BayStateChick Atlantis=Most likely real. Why? Because of the geological evidence gathered by the Woods Hole Expedition to the Mid Atlantic Ridge. Core samples revealing that the tablemounts were once islands and that a vast amount of the ridge was once above sea level only 12,000 years ago. Also you can see ancient beaches with coral 300 feet below, where this coral can't grow. It was obviously higher in the past.

My Gosh, as much as I love my European friends and brothers - sometimes I do wonder what some of them really think of themselves. I my self is a socalled semite from Africa, and my ancestors used to mummify themselves - they were the Egyptians. And I have never ever in my life heard that our ancestors were Atlanteans and that those were the forefather to the Europeans blond and blue eyed people who even speak semetic. A little far fetched!! Atlantis, if it did exist ages ago, we don't really the ethnicity of the inhabitants. We can't really say its all Caucasian, or its all African (or Asian, everyone always lives Asians out, the Sumerian civilization, oldest discovered civilization so far, is in Asia). Its possible that Atlantis was a civilization comprised of different ethnicities. No one can claim Atlantis as inherently African, Caucasian, Asian, etc.
