At the end of the day, you want what gives you better bang for your buck. The WRX obviously wins this outright. If you pooled the same amount of cash you payed for the porsche and put it into the WRX, you would have a car able to beat possibly every porsche ever made (with exception of the carerra GT).

Yes if you were a Millionaire you would drive a Subaro and livein a grass hut because everything nice is stupid. You were born to be dumb dude. You and I both know that if you were a Millionaire your maids kid would drive a Subaru and you would own the Porsche -BUT, your not a millionare - your the kid and guess what? You want the Subaru.

if you had lots of money, the last choice would be a silly scooby with a daft picnic table on the back. people buy porsches because they are usable sports cars, they depreciate less than most cars. lets face it the average person doesnt know one subaru from another. they look like a mondeo with a body kit and sound stupid( no disrespect to ford owners). least porsche stands out and they are the most profitable car company in the world.
