President's have used "Presidential Emergency War Powers" Executive Orders in many situation's having nothing to do with war, Reagan in a prison situation, Clinton in forward deploying US/Brit militaty against WACO Davidians, Bush began the Iraq war before Congress issuing an unconstitutional 'Resolution'. None worried because this Power supercedes the Congress, Fed-Law, Supreme Court, and any Treaty America is signatory member.

More accurately this is (unconstitutional) "Presidential Emergency War Powers" considering Congress is the only legal branch of gov that can 'declare war'. The President places a "Executive Order" on the Fed-Register or simply continues one established before, and only Congress has the authority in sufficient quorum to stop the EO... the 5 you mention and many more have never been challenged by a (dem/gop) Congress... today a President can use totally dictitorial powers.

We are enemies of the state because we use a private currency, and it clearly states no one shall issue currency but congress. And we follow the PUBLIC system which has titles of knowbility (my spelling is prob wrong), we must get back to the PRIVATE system. Agree with thy adversary quickly or he will take before the judge and the judge will take you before the correction officer for safe keeping. DONT BE THE SURIETY.

@fumanshu888 oh yeah sorry it's an upload. Easy to confirm, just google "sanctions" cause a "sanction" is equal to an "emergency."
IE: only emergencies allow for sanctions, so for there to be embargos or sanctions, there has to be a declaredemergency in effect.
So google for "sanctions." Also "state of emergengy" and "renewed"
That should get you enough solidly sourced results till/if I redo the links...
