Tissue Pockets , By John Gunning

This is my short animated film(second year), ive spent ...ehmma long time working on tho i done of most the animation in the past two months. Had to cut out a lot of the original idea but it still turned out good i think.

I decided to do my animation about mental health based of some personal experiences with pts depression & panic disorder.

The Animation is finished but i intend to bunker down and color the entire thing in and then try enter it in some film festivals short film competitions. Once i redo a few shot's that i rushed to and just dont like.

I hope you like my animation.

@RuthmcEvoy no, lol the portfolio year is the year before hnd1, hnd2 is year 3, Do you still that john keegan fool pretending to teach 3d, if your serious about being an animator you should apply to iadt or ballyfermot , they dont have a clue about what they are teaching in that place and IF you get into iadt or bally, your gonna feel a tad fucked because they dont teach the basics properly or at all, so unless your like me and put the work in yourself which can pay off, id get the hell out

Yep I am ..I'm really liking the course . I'm doing alot more work than I'd be doing on my own . Plus they made me realise that 3d animation is fairly awesome too. !

Yeah the video i cut put up of the cat cut-out is my final for traditional animation class this year : )

@RuthmcEvoy yea this was my hnd 2 film, (second year, the portfolio year doesnt really count cause its total shite) so your in hnd 1 i take it, how are you finding the college, i did enol the tv and sackaside their in hnd 1, have you made a short film this year ?
