I wish this were more common in developed countries. Sure, you can criticize that a man, with possibly minimal to no formal medical training is treating a man in public, using less than totally sanitary techniques, but both men benefited from the trade. One man got his ears cleaned cheaply. The other made a modest living. The customer CHOSE to pick the option that best fitted his budget and would be worse off if that option were not available due to government prohibitions.
