I know it's the holidays and we are all traveling and off our schedules or we have a house full of people... but none of these things should stop us from feeling GREAT! Truthfully, you will be able to handle the stresses and drama of the holiday season with MORE grace if you take a little bit of time for yourself and stay on your workout routine. We find ourselves in the STRANGEST places when we travel over the holidays, the least strange being a hotel room, but it can still be hard to get a workout in when you are dealing with such an enclosed space. For this workout you hardly need any space at all, and nothing more than a few minutes and your BODY!! Trim the tree and then trim your waistline!! Let me know how it goes, and where you ended up having to try this out :).   • i am fourteen years old and currently 193 lbs....my goal is to be 115 lbs but i need help!!! is there anything i should especially do besides this workout to help achieve my goal?

  • @Fabuloyssh1997 Its a combination of diet and exercise, you want to be eating clean whole foods and avoiding processed junk and hidden calorie dense foods. I would also add some straight cardio if it's lbs you are trying to lose. For example - add a 20-30 min power walk or job before you do the workout, I think you'll see some BIG results!

  • @Malikot911 The best way to motivate her is to try and include her and get her excited. Ask her to come to the gym with you, tell her about a great new class, show her my workouts, they are great to get people motivated because they don't require fancy equipment, alot of time or the gym BUT they do get you results! At the end of the day, she has to want it for herself, but I think if you encourage her in positive ways it will go a long way!

  • Hi there, how can I motivate my gf to get back to exercising again? She is not fat but I and other people (even her) notice that she definitely gained some pounds but she keeps making excuses. I am a very active guy gym 5 days a week and active on weekends too and I told her exercise atleast 3 times a week but she just does not want to.
