Web Design: Beginner Level - Amaya is a Free Open Source application for creating websites. A variety of tools that most people will find intuitive.
This module will demonstrate how-to create links to the other web pages you have already created.
I discovered a glitch in the software as well as a solution.
[Problem]
When you copy an entirely linked navigation bar and try to paste it over the old highlighted navigation bar - normally this would REPLACE the navigation bar, but some items may appear "unlinked". This means you have to go in manually to link them.
[Solution]
The last item on my navigation bar is the "Home" item. Immediately after typing the letter "e" [in "Home"], hit the SPACE bar. From this new position, press SHIFT and HOME on your keyboard to highlight the entire navigation bar. Press, CTRL+C [to copy], then highlight the navigation bar that is going to be replaced and DELETE it. Position your cursor and press CTRL+V [to paste]. Save the page.
REPEAT this process on all your web pages.
