It is very unlikely that you can have more than 1 lost package among the hundreds of package send. I send packages between US, Canada and Taiwan everday for the last 4-5 years and we have never once had package send from Taiwan to US and to Canda lost in mail. It's not like sending package to Italy, USPS and Canada Post is very reliable. This person can easily check the accuracy of both US and Canadian address at both USPS and CP's website.

that's insurance fraud. The US Postal Inspector should look into it. that author is a fraud. 13 times.. don't you think itz too much? who knows if he really did send the books at all? he could have sent blank paper or used newspapers..
