i've heard this line of reasoning before: "You're a foreigner to 'them' even though you're in Canada". But do you understand that when a person leaves their country they become the foreigner? According to your reasoning, I should be able to call Chinese people foreigners in China, because they are "foreigners" to me! of course I would never call a person a foreigner in their own country. I really hope you can eventually get beyond your Han chauvinism and re-educate yourself.
