On 9th March 2009, 3M Centre in Bracknell, UK, hosted a workshop on 'Maximising Value Through Relationships' with the Henley Centre for Customer Management . Professor Moira Clark, Director of HCCM opened the day which combined speakers from 3M with leading academics. Delegates from organisations including GSK, DSTL, Balfour Beatty, Bausch & Lomb and Ecclesiastical Insurance shared learnings on Customer Experience.
