ELECTRIC e-BIKE - EVG GoldenMotor 1000w 48v

Here's my EV Global - EVG Ebike, originally a 24v - Now a 48V 1000W GoldenMotor with a 48V 10AH LiFePO4 battery in tackle box, Watt's-Up Meter, Schwinn Speedo, Planet-Bike Fenders, 2 torque arms, Zefal Raider HD rack. Trimmed shunt (max amps about 20A). Range is about 20 miles, it will do about 30 mph.

Here are the specs on my battery:
* 48V 10AH LiFePO4
* Max Continuous Discharging Current: 20Amps
* Max Discharging Current (Peak): 30 Amps 12s

How does one incorporate the existing electronics for the horn, headlight, tail light, brake lights with the new controller? Also, are the torque arms absolutely necessary? Thanks.
