Theremin Cover of "Edelweiss"

This is me covering the tune "Edelweiss" from the musical "The Sound of Music." I'm playing the theremin. I'm "hand-syncing" on the video as any theremin player could tell since I'm too close to the computer and furniture. I sequenced all the background parts on my Mac, and then took the best of about 15 takes with the theremin. Cut me some slack. I've been a thereminist for about 48 hours. Once I get better I'll post more videos.

I am surprised that the theremin couldn't be calibrated in the position you show it.

Actually, it probably could have.  I was still figuring it out. I'm much better now. I should probably post another video.

Thanks. I'm taking it to school tomorrow to do a demo for my students. I lugged my keyboard amp up there today so they can here it with a nice reverb. Hopefully, I can spark some interest in the little cherubs.
