The Cult are my favorite Rock band of all time ever since i was introduced to them back in the early to mid 80's !!!!!!by my older brother, I was probably about 10 and am 36 this month. so it's been a long time I've been listening to them. I even have Southern Death Cult & Death Cult CD's. They are Rock music personified!!!!!!

I read the book Edie after hearing this song for the first time. She was doomed from the start. Her rich family had her commited several times and killed her free spirit. I'm sure after all she went through, she was a total wack job, never had a chance, poor thing. But she'll live forever in this great song.
