@CloudOutLouder You can use it to train your mind in positive self-talk. The more you're confronting yourself with these things and practice to think in a confident way, the sooner you will conquer it and the easier your mind will handle future challenges cuz you will build more and more positive and strong thinking habits/patterns and your mind will run on autopilot! Hope your now feeling better than before 3 years

@GoodHeartedOne "Female alphas are far more likely to portray themselves as victims... in order to gain social status" This sounds contradictory for me because to gain social status one needs to gain respect and one doesnt gain respect from others by making them feel sorry for oneself and pitying oneself. Alphas, male or female, are leaders, and people never follow someone who they perceive weaker then themselves

@1redism people are animals

Alphas ay kadalasang nabibigo dahil sa silay predictable. Their behavior is so repetitive that the people around them learn to work with it – or work around it.

Huh?

is this video talking about people or animals?

@Wargoat6 Yeah, this is true. But, so do some men. I don't think an Alpha female has to be attractive physically to be "Alpha." Just dominating in some way or another in personality.
I think Alpha females are just as common as Alpha males, but instead of needing to overpower with force and aggression, they simply use emotions and victimization to portray themselves at a disadvantage and prey on the general compassion of males.

I disagree with her supposition that alpha females are more compassionate. This simply isn't true in my experience. Female alphas are far more likely to portray themselves as victims (often pointing at their gender as justification) or rescuers in order to gain social status. This is not charisma, but is often mistaken for charisma.
