Shish Barak (Arabic: ششبرك) is a pasta dish made in Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine which is also an old traditional Arabic that varies from country to country in the Middle East. The dumplings are stuffed with ground beef and spices, pasta dough parcels are cooked in yogurt and served hot in this sauce.
