The Paul Green School of Rock Midwest All Stars performs Television's Marquee Moon, in Austin, TX at The Parish. Performers: Collin Fish - vocals & guitar; Nick Krause - guitar; Walker Leonard - bass; CJ Rayson - drums
Very nice effort indeed...Lived with this song for close to thirty years now, and hats off to these guys for doing so well! Keep up the good work fellas!
Hey guys, don't worry about the 'right' or 'wrong' tone, use your own tone! No-one criticises Collin for not sounding like Tom Verlaine, so why criticise the guitars for having the 'wrong' tone? FWIW I reckon you did a pretty good job - better to do your own version of a tune than slavishly copy every note of the original. What do you want to do, interpret something or just be another bloody tribute band?
@hightimesbruce there were a lot of guitarists playing a lot of different kinds of songs and they didn't really have any time to change any tones because we had to switch between songs as fast as we could
one of the most fun songs i've ever played. memorable show.
If you like the bass, I'm him, check out my page.

Kudos to these kids for pulling off a nice version of a very difficult song that no one wants to try to cover. I applaud them.
