Skaftafell in real life

People ask me how I got my name, and why all my toons have Icelandic names.

I booked a trip to Iceland because I saw a picture of a waterfall (Svartifoss - at the beginning of the vid), and was blown away. Now, my in-game name isn't Svartifoss, it's actually taken from the name of the beautiful National Park that Svartifoss is in. on the southern part of Iceland. I went to Iceland, fell in love with every aspect of it, and it is my dream to go back to live there!

Sorry about the vid quality, but at least it has an "old" feel to it like those old vacation vids your Uncle Florian and Aunty Steffy used to make you watch.

The song is just guitar(s) and voice, all done by me. It is an arrangement of a Sujan Stevens song, All the Trees of the Field. It was a rainy June evening and I hadn't picked up the old axe in months, and I just discovered garage band on my mac book.

I enjoyed making this, so I hope you enjoyed watching it, and getting to see a little real Skaftafell :)
