@spacebrainknox That is exactly what I thought. I am not a tow truck driver, but I do know that you have to block the wheels so that the truck does not move when it comes back on its wheels. The question is who did the tow truck driver call to get his tow truck back on its wheels, another towing company. Maybe he called the company that should have done the job in the first place.

lay chocks under all tires being its on a hill. it only takes a few minutes to walk around your situation and double check. seems someone would have grab something to toss behind a tire once they realized they screwed up. but hindsight is 20/20
