I do hate Scrubs. I'm not even sure why. I like Dr. Cox. If I could get a DVD of just Dr Cox Ranting I would be a very happy Bastan, but the rest of the show is kind of a wash.

As for Dexter, I ASSUME I wouldn't like it, although I have yet to watch an episode (I'm usually at work when it's on) so I'm not able to pass judgement on it.

The worst part about CSI and related shows is that they "inspire" people to join these professions, only to find they are so unlike how they are presented, they might as well as be 3/4 hour long infomercials for genital wart cream.

Oh wait, that's no the worst part, the worst part is how they delude peoples ideas on evidence for a crime, people who can sit on juries.

And the parts they do sort of get accurate, like analyzing spent cartridges, are teaching criminals to pick up their brass.

Oh, a caveat for Stargate though... Stargate Universe sucks a big fat one... Atlantis and SG-1 are fan-bloody-tastic, though...

Not sure why you dislike the Colbert Report or How It's Made, and Bones I don't think is TOO horrible (and I like the first three seasons of Spongebob, but it was terrible after that)... For all the others, though, I totally agree. As for shows you said you liked, Mythbusters is great, FOParents is watchable, Daily Show is good and Stargate is awesome, but I haven't seen King of the Hell or Canada's Worst Driver...

See, I like House, and I agree that the formula is essentially the same with each episode (Patient gets admitted, they do stuff, it gets worse, House has revelation (both during an argument/discussion and after the 45 minute mark), they treat patient, patient either dies or lives... but mostly lives), but it's how they spin it that makes it interesting for me. I nearly crapped myself with the VG Cats reference, though, cause he does look like Dr. Hobo.

CANADA'S WORST DRIVER? You're Canadian! They don't show that in the States! XD sorry always find it awesome when I randomly discover that someone who's work I've been admiring is Canadian too.

Anyway, similar views here, hence why I don't watch much TV anymore except for the news channel... though mostly I just rant at the stupidity of that anyway.

I do however, still watch Canada's Worst Driver and of course Mythbusters :P. NCIS isn't bad either, mostly because it doesnt take itself seriously
