I wish, my idea would be so simple to manufacture:

say a meter roofwaterpipe, here standard 8cm section, with little watermills,

dynamo, accu and universal contact or connected to the net. ... i heared there is allready a watermill kind of unit which can be easily placed in a river or little stream?

added to that, being a suspended particle, since they don't completely mix with water, they would form a colloidal solution and thus would help in better dispersion of light.
