  • I've worked as an extra with Henry on a movie set, and he is a super cool, good-hearted guy. He talks and jokes with the extras, and there isn't a trace of ego or diva-ness with him. He's truly a down-to-earth nice guy and he's got my respect.

  • Winkler says he is different from the Fonz but, in truth, they are just as cool as each other but in different ways.

  • I love how decades later he still looks like the Fonz.

  • The camera never lies: way back then we saw through Henry Winkler the humanity in The Fonz, thats why we loved him. Its been said, Henry and The Fonze are equally cool. "Happy Days" were some of the happiest of my days. He has an OBE- hope its a Knighthood next, Sir Henry..

  • Fonzie was the type of guy every guy wanted to be.

Henry is the type of guy every guy wants to have as a friend.

    Winkler for president.

  • hes amazing

  • A nice guy! He is cool! God bless you Henry!

  • When I first started doing celebrity interviews I contacted Mr. Winkler's manager to try to set something up. I was told he was leaving the next morning to the UK. The next morning I got a call from the airport in New York. It was Henry Winkler. He told me he was honored that I called. He told me all about his plans. He said he would love to do the show in the future. Let me tell you, that never happens in this business. What he did was way beyond the norm. He is a true gentleman.

  • I didnt grow up watchin fonzie buh I watched a few episode on tv and I have to say this guy is awesome...

  • @Categorycinque Henry was probably having a bad day and he simply wasn't in the mood to be friendly. We all have days like that. Plus, he probably gets approached constantly and has little privacy whenever he leaves his home.

  • I bet alotta ppl at stores are rippin him off at the register now lol

  • I grew up loving him in high school. But as fate had it, I ran into him at age 51 in the Syracuse airport during a NYC snowstorm diverting all flights. He wasn't nice. My wife and I were disappointed. He's a great actor and brought much joy to many, but I've lost respect for him. Life has its disappointments.
