JNL love you! I thought in another video you said you refrained from doing the parallel squat because it widens your waist? Or maybe it was adding a ton of weight did that?

Thank you for another great workout, these youtube workouts are so helpfull and are great new ideas for someone thats in a rut! If I dont have a barbell available, can I use dumbells for the squats and deadlifts? How much weight would it be in dumbelss? Thank you
