i just remember thinking that the omnibots were stupid cause they couldnt really talk &didnt have a voice synthesizer ,i thought that having to pre tape something on a cassete was a stupid gimmick ,so even thought i liked the look of the omnis and they had awesome robot arms and claws i always wanted this oover the omni 2000,i did want both of course though,i was a kid i wanted everything though lol

i remember always drooling over this in the sears wishbook catalog it was on the same page as the omnibot 2000 and 500 ,i liked the omni bots but i remember not wanting it cause it had a stupid tape deck which is what it mainly was a tape deck on wheels,i remember wanting this cause you could program it to say like 1300 words and program it to move &do whatever you wanted,and the remote looked so impressive it has like 100 buttons on it,i only liked omnibot 2k cause of the articulate arms&claws
