  • this type of exercising is seriously ONE THE RISE. I've lost so much weight by doing this stuff. With weights it's even better, just be sure to do SUPERSETS as much as possible and never rest more than 1 minute.

  • Damn those pistol squats are difficult. Just to let you know, if you do tricep dips, try and keep your legs forward because of the way the arms are made, it puts more stress on your triceps so you have to work harder. I'm not talking like an L shape, but just forward enough that they won't touch the floor :D

  • loved the elevated rows awesome work out man by the way what kind of food do u recomend so i can have fast results lets say 3 to 6 months cause if u dnt eat right no matter how u exercise u not gonna se results . i dnt want to lose weight i want to increse muscle am at 210 lbs and am 6-1 feet
