the mars volta are 50% better than any other band ive ever heard. that is my genuine heart felt considered opinion. of course such statements are ultimately impossible to back up in any way shape or form! but they are so so far beyond anything else ive heard. im sure there are others out there. perhaps i just need to get out more... : )

Ahaha but admit it. First time I heard this song from start to finish it blew my socks off when it transitioned from the bells to the song. That crescendo of random bell sounds is soo fucking good. This song has genius splattered all over.
