How to maximize real estate photos on Realtor.com

http://www.ElegantHomePhotos.com - An easy way to get a competitive advantage with Realtor.com is to upgrade your photos!

MLS systems typically reduce your photos to a tiny size AND reduce the quality significantly, as they do not want to pay for the bandwidth.

However, if you have enhanced listings with Realtor.com, they DO support high quality and large size photos! Since you're paying for "enhanced" listings - you need to "enhance" your photos!

The crummy, tiny MLS photos are automatically ported over to Realtor.com from your local MLS. It takes anywhere for an hour to a day or so.

Once those photos are in Realtor.com, go to your control console, click on "manage photos" and DELETE THEM! All of them!

We send your photos to you in 3 sizes: One for the MLS, one for Realtor.com and one in high resolution for printing purposes. Pick the best 25 photos from the "Realtor.com folder" and upload THOSE as a replacement.
