  • Never trust the opening.

  • なつかしい!!

    子供のころ、ストーリーは良く分からなかったけど、毎週楽しみに見てました

  • @IchimonjiGiri

thing is characters getting killed is what made Zeta and Victory more realistic. i enjoyed the realism they projected. its a war in the shows and no war goes without losses.

  • I believe the destruction was merely confined to our own galaxy. But it's nice to know that Ideon thought to reboot the universe into the Universal Century. It's as if it thought 'Well, I kinda killed you all. Enjoy this new universe where you get to die lots of times again! HAHAHAHA!'

  • @IchimonjiGiri

And the entire universe didn't become part of collateral damage in Victory's conclusion, unlike Ideon. LOL.

  • @IchimonjiGiri Yeah, you have a good point. =\

  • It's the sort of thing Tomino enjoys. Space Runaway Ideon was pitched as some kind of happy dappy School based 'Everyone gets along and lessons are learned' series, then he screwed around with it once he'd got production permission. Boy, but did we learn lessons from that series. The main one was 'Everything you know and love is at the whim of an energy force that hates everything. Sleep well kids!'

  • I'd direct you in the direction of Space Runaway Ideon for his worst. Say what you want about Victory, at least there were people alive at the end. :)

  • @BluJav333 LOLO is you can't handel characters dieing beacuse of the way Tomino felt about the world around him probably means you didn't get the point of the series as some people would look at it. It is the best GUndam bar none possibly because of the Kill ratio of the main Characters, Seed is a joke compared to this.....THIS is a real Gundam series. (I did enjoy Seed if not for it's complete Re-Use of the original Gundam Story line)

  • @santicucho

sure, I would love to see that. But many U.S. viewers will be surprised by the kind of show this series turns out to be. A bloody war drama, despite the cheerful opening song and young characters. (I love this show)
