I heard Dottie sing this at a little Baptist church in Louisville, Ky and it was something I could never forget. The annoinment on this saint was so powerful that I could see the clouds part . For that point on I have never felt anything when I hear the song, unless Dottie does it. Maybe her range wasn't as great but the power of the angels came forth with a mightly fury when she sang her songs.

She wrote this while thinking about the Lord's return and observing a spectacular cloud formation. I think she said it was while riding in a car. The way she sang a song was influenced by the origin of the song. That is not available to subsequent singers of the same song.

This is a wonderful tribute, to a wonderful Christian lady that will be forever missed! Until that day that we will all be united with or loved ones and most of all with our Lord and Saviour...Jesus Christ!! I loved all the tributes and singing..my favorite and one of the MOST AWSOME singers of our time is Sandi Patti. Absolutely astounding!!
