You can't cancel by calling them either, evidentally. I wrote to them, also leaving a nasty postscribe about their prices on BluRay discs. A month or 2 later, I get a call from a collection agency from an account I had with CH before. Coincidence? Probably not!

columbia house is FRAUD

they offered my 9 DVDs for 49 cents each, so I was like OK cool I'll get them, but they open me an account and charge me FULL PRICE for them.

I wish I could send Agent 47 to go shoot the owner of Columbia house cause theyre fucking ripping people off !!!!!!!!
