  • Oh hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my auntie got beautiful Six pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

    Depends. Do you have excess fat over your abs? You have to get rid of the fat first. Which you can do through high intensity cardio 3x times a week and nutrition.
