I heard that there were 4 SLRG F40M-2F's in CSX's Goodman St. Yard and just had to see them.

Looks to me like you definitely did your fair share of trespassing. (Considering the angles you have on the SLRG units at Rochester Yard and standing between the tracks.) I hate to be the fly in the ointment but something needs to be said. This is not the first time you have done this, and it may not be the last. Do us a favor; quit doing it because one of these days it will catch up with you; the rest of you railfans won't be able to enjoy this as much you obviously have.

@Lutherkb Yes I know and wont deny it I was trespassing in this video (Although I did NOT see any tresspassing signs were I was standing, but I do take special care in not tresspassing, in a lot of my videos it looks like im tresspassing but I am not, I get a lot of special premission from various RR employees (I think its the Tripod) but the big thing is I dont do it on purpose and dont do it often.

WOW! Nice rebuilt F40PH locomotives! They actually have F45/FP45 hoods! But why are they painted with the D&RGW logo?

@coryrusch Furthermore, just because you believe you are not doing something on purpose does not make it anymore legal than the guy who does it with clear intent. It sounds to me like you are a young kid who's enthusiastic about his hobby. I see nothing wrong with that part but you must also abide by the law and do the right thing all the time. Personally if I ever see you trespassing on one of our lines, I will escort you off the property. Trespassing is trespassing and it is illegal.
