日本中島97式戦機與 偽満州国空軍&諾門罕戰役

Nakajima Ki-27 ( 97式戦機) was the Imperial Japanese Army Air Force's main fighter until the start of World War II. When placed into combat service over northern China in March 1938, the Ki-27 enjoyed air superiority until the introduction of the faster Soviet-built Polikarpov I-16 fighters by the Chinese.

In the 1939 Battle of Khalkhin Gol against the USSR in Mongolia, the Ki-27 faced both Polikarpov I-15 biplane and the I-16 monoplane fighters. In the initial phase of the conflict, its performance was a match for the early I-16 models it faced, and considerably superior to the I-15 biplane. With clearly better trained and experienced Ki-27 pilots, the IJAAF gained aerial superiority.

The Ki-27 was also exported for use with Manchukuo and Thai armed forces, seeing combat with both. In Thai service. Near the end of World War II, a few Ki-27s were equipped with up to 500 kg (1,100 lb) of explosives for a kamikaze role.

  • 試作機段階では、三菱製の機種(九六艦戦エンジン換装型)が最も­優秀でした。

    海軍のおさがりを何としても嫌がった陸軍は中島飛行機に何度も改­修をさせ、やっと三菱製を上回る機体が完成。

    結果としては、陸軍のメンツが高性能軽戦九七戦闘機を生み出しま­した。

    昭和12年部隊配備、中国戦線では向かうところ敵なしの大活躍で­した。

  • @sinakuso Oh, there is no special reason of using "A bridge too far" main theme, the melody is not sad and I feel the mood is good for a video to display a new built model.

    Basically Japanese skill vs. Soviet numbers.

  • いやいや、97戦が格闘戦能力に優れていたため、

    その後の隼でも特に軽快さを要求されてしまった。 しかも初期の隼は2枚プロペラだし、高速性でも97戦と比べてあ­まり代わり映えしなかったので97戦が使われ続けた。

    そのため速度で有利な機種に追い込まれてゆくのであった。

  • 97戦アップ、有難う御座いました。

    次期主力戦闘機隼を垣間見る運動性ですね。

    正しく名機ではないでしょうか。
