The animation though is easy to do. Simply take the previous frame and add the next stroke/letter.

anyone else notice that the h and e both rise above the middle dashes? I always got chastised for that as a kid

Ahh I remember the big f.h.e. Tranformers VHS boxes at Blockbuster. Thumbs up if you do.

This logo would always annoy me when I was younger because it seamed like it took forever to finish then finaly it would end adn we can see the movie where watching. the one I always think of when seeing this is the Ninja turtles and nearly exspected to hear thaere theam song after this was over.

Woah, that was extremely scary when it was slow. The number one noise that makes this logo scary is that xaliphone sound. That is soo freaking creepy it's sounds like something that will hurt you. Seriously, and the loud noise as well.
