All that going on and there is a male chasing a female wanting to slap his pecker into her. Yep, gotta love those monkeys - NOT! Love to watch them suffer - like popcorn, can't have too much.

Baby monkeys in the wild have a less then 40% chance of survival. A new leader kills all the infants that aren't his. If food or water gets scarce, the troop will run off leaving the babies to die or become prey. Troop fights target the babies first. A male trying to enter the troop will kill infants. Look up "Disable monkey" the little one has only part of 1 hand left. Look up "A fatal attack on an unweaned infant by a non-resident male in a free-ranging group of Japanese mac " Cont'

Seems like he dosn't like being imprisoned.
But we just sigh and keep on treating them like
shit, so we can be entertained. - And the people who think they know, still claim that WE are the most intelligent primates on earth. Makes me want to resign almost.
See in that video how the lone male bites the infant's belly assuring a slow, painful death. The baby died 2 days later. While this looks bad, the monkey is just agitated, they settle down when the stimulus is removed. Monkeys in nature live about 20 years. In captivity, they live around 40 years. The wild is not the easy utopia some want you to believe. They die horribly in the wild all the time.

@junkintrunk55 You make a valid point. However, I'd rather die in the wild than live miserably in a cage. It's within our power & responsibility to provide a higher quality of life for these animals.
