@M3rtyville It's because of the Super FX Chip not being emulated correctly on anything besides the Super FX Chip itself. That's also why Star Fox isn't on the Virtual Console.

@Japancommercials4U2 The Super FX Chip can't be emulated? Then how come can the SA-1 be emulated? (Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, Kirby Super Star, and Kirby's Dream Land 3 came to the Virtual Console and used the SA-1 chip)

@MarioAnimalCrossing I know where you're going with this, but the graphics of the Super FX Chip were pretty complex compared to the ones with the SA-1 Chip. You do make a valid point, though. Nintendo DID make a port of Yoshi's Island for the Game Boy Advance, and it was a lot like the SNES one in terms of graphics. I guess the SA-1 Chip isn't that complex to emulate.
