This is a really good performance. Why people feel the need to trash this and engage in silly pissing contests about who is "better", I have no idea. These are two legendary artists, each of whom has an incredible body of work. I personally listen to Bruce more than the Who, but it's PREFERENCE. Bruce and Townsend show each other great respect; I don't know why their fans can't do the same. Anyway, rant over; thanks for posting this. Can't wait to see Roger and Pete on Sunday.

Who's Next also one of the greatest rock albums of all time.

"What's the bloody first line?..." ~lol~ classic. More to the point, Roger does the song proud.

Not bad at all!

Daltrey pulls it off. No surprise!

I like Roger, he's a legend, but this was nowhere near the absolute, totall awesome intensity of the original. Bruce lived this song, Roger sang it.

RIP Clarence Clemons.
Wow, Roger, forgot the first line, he's getting old.
hahahaha

roger is a big fan of bruce thats why he does this song. Springsteen has also said that the who was one of his major musical influences.

This is awesome! I love the Boss and I love the Who, fantastic cover!

Good performance - he had one of the greatest voices of his generation, and it's still not bad...Always a challenge covering springsteen, with his huge water buffalo voice...

@eaglerus1 That was a joke. He knew the first line. Just being funny is all.
Happy Birthday Roger!

Hey Moonfan, thanks for deleting my post, by the way, the reason for all these posts is because the Springsteen website, Backstreets had a link to it in the one of the posts, so I checked it out. Bruce is still the greatest writer of all time.

Thanks for the info, I just hate it when people diss the who, thats all. Bruce is great, and has had a wonderful career. Both some of the best.
