What about the Jurassic Park films? They're rated PG-13, but kids love dinosaurs. So, it's a good bet they want to see them in the films. Violence and gore are fairly moderate to occasionally graphic. Language is fairly strong in the first two but toned down significantly in the third film. Other than some drug use, there's not much else in the films to worry about for kids. Violence and gore are the most, followed by language, and then, some drug use. That's what the JP films have.
