I don't know how it is and was in the Caucasus but here in diaspora Circassians in Israel it is called "Yadjkeken" "Яджк1эк1ын" and it means something like "taking her from the custody from her parents" and not "Tughin" "Тугъын" which means theft ot stealing, I think it got Habze in it and not just like taking her like a barbarian...
