The men and women that serve this beautiful country of ours are some of the finest human beings I've met. The way the chain of command works, military does listen to "greedy politicians". @ExUSSailor Sorry to sound like a sad hippy but i don't think hardcore music is about being an armyman. If you liked to turn off your brain to "defend your country" and give profit to greedy politicians that's your choice but I do think being proud of this is kinda redneck. Blood for Blood has very hateful lyrics but it's more about anti-conformism and being yourself than looking though and being a fucking soldier. I hope you liked to participate to an useless war, must makes you very proud!

Personally, I totally disagreed with the war, but, I had my orders, and I followed them, and did my job to the best of my ability. I was a Corpsman, I kept my head down, did my best to keep my Marines alive, and tried to make the best of a bad situation. The guys risking their necks don't get asked if they want to.
