I do not take credit of the music in this video.
Frikitona - Plan B

I am doing:

I just learned the Fan Kick.
Some more practicing on my inverts.
I just learned the open sided V invert as well.
(some in video done in spin mode, some in static)
I also did a Sun wheel aka Pin wheel spin.
I re-did my Crucifix as well - getting much better.
Attempted the wrist sit, but need A LOT of practice on it.

Huge THANKS to all I am subscribed to!

  • @caroll5682

    its windows media maker effects.

& I got it at spencers.

  • that was sexy missjenn, i see from your other videos your doing alot better, what are your tattoos?

  • @thedongers13

middle of my upper back is my son & daughters name.

my lower back is a tiger that's tribal around it.

  • Just a tip - you're climbing is a bit off. foot position is key. I see your left foot is your dominant climbing foot. At 2:09 you put your right foot on your left foot and attempt to push up. your right foot should cross over the pole as it is in 2:12. Try it, i think you will slide down less...when climbing that is.

  • very nice=)

  • when u feel u have it.. walk ur hands down i bit, then bring ur left hand down under ur crack and lean back onto it, alot bring their knees up, then extend their legs out for the sitted V ^^ its easier to practice from there than keep climbing over n over =)
