when u feel u have it.. walk ur hands down i bit, then bring ur left hand down under ur crack and lean back onto it, alot bring their knees up, then extend their legs out for the sitted V ^^ its easier to practice from there than keep climbing over n over =)

Just a tip - you're climbing is a bit off. foot position is key. I see your left foot is your dominant climbing foot. At 2:09 you put your right foot on your left foot and attempt to push up. your right foot should cross over the pole as it is in 2:12. Try it, i think you will slide down less...when climbing that is.
