A 5 MPH wind would help on take off and landing but please see an instructor first.

If you want to get yourself killed...continue, but I guess not. Ex3B is right. If you are a rookie, look for some instruction. If you´re not, well...

I think that takeoff could use some improvement, you started way too far back from the edge, and you were holding the wrong angle of attack as you went over the edge.
Before the edge, your path was pretty much level, and you had an ok AoA. When you went past the edge, your path was downward, and your wings attitude was unchanged, resulting in a much higher AoA- you should either keep a low wing attitude approaching a dropoff like that, or start your run right at the dropoff

Well... i couldn't find any hang gliding instruction in the UAE so i used my previous experience from when i was a kid in Chile.
I wanted a no wind situation, for this very first flight from a higher altitude. Maybe that explains my desire to dive after take off, just to get some airspeed as soon as possible.
Landing was very nice on the sand. Now i am back in my country, Chile, lots of mountains, and i am getting in touch with an instructor for retraining.
