Paul Blackmore has some fun playing along with song #19 from the Randy Travis (Glory Train) CD. The key is C changing to D in the middle of the song. The harps used are the Lee Oskar Low F ( yielding a C when played in 2nd position) and the Lee Oskar G harp ( yielding a D when played in 2nd pos.) I favour the Honner "special 20" harps now, but I still like my Lee Oskars. Both are very playable IMO, with a slight edge in tone quality going to the Honner's. Both have the smooth plastic bodies which I prefer over wood.

  • Hey thanks guy! I'm glad you liked it anyway.

I'm just getting into the blues harp. Maybe the next ones will be better. This was the very first song that I played some harmony to, using the harps in 2nd position. Things are getting a little better with each passing week. ;-) I think anyway.
