  • I recently had a Tui Na massage, afterward I felt very relaxed but during the plucking and the elbow massage it started to hurt a little. I found myself forcing my tongue not to yelp out in pain. I slept like a baby for weeks aftearward!

  • its call na and thats not how you do it. lol there is no such thing as pluck, its call tui and na...that its!

  • Yeah - these massages can really hurt - depending on how many knots etc you have - but if you can take the pain, you'll feel great afterward or maybe the day after ...ha ha
