@TheStainedrug Whether or not the use of the taser was legal is not the point. The point is that the use of the taser in this instance was immoral. Are you suggesting that these 3 large officers could not have subdued this small individual whose hands were cuffed behind his back without resorting to the use of a potentially lethal device such as the taser? Or perhaps they could fill him with 48 holes rather than bother with a physical confrontation wherein one of the officers could get hurt.
