Ya know. they can be used for any thing becides laptop. How cool could it be having your DVD player or blu-ray sitting on top of it?

Could you fix them to work when you plug in to a wall and has it's own on and off switch?

@Glockenator requires 3 major components swapped out so far you have had one being the harddrive thats why no swap for you.

My laptop's problem isn't over heating. It's problem is it has had 7 HARD DRIVES, 2 OPERATING SYSTEMS, THE KEYBOARD HAS BEEN REPLACED AND THE BASTARDS STILL WON'T REPLACE IT.

this is weird. i have the same laptop as yours. and mine has the same problem. the cpu is running at 60 degrees celsius when it is idle. and my graphics card is running at 80 degrees celsius when idle.

i have a big problem it burns my lap after 2omins. and my desk gets really hot. i tryed raising it a bit but no good. weird...
