40lb personal record in 2 months. Form issues fixed (feet and hands closer, ass lower) and a hefty diet of front squat, snatch grip deadlifts, and defecit deadlifts.

Definetly had more in the tank too.

  • Thanks, man. To be honest though, I'm sure that there would be some more rounding if it was a true max. I felt that this was still a little bit away from what I have done that day.
