Thanks, man. To be honest though, I'm sure that there would be some more rounding if it was a true max. I felt that this was still a little bit away from what I have done that day.

Thanks very much. You'll get there at some point as long as you're consistent, hard working and you train smart.
Btw, this video is about a year old. I pulled 550 at 15lbs less bodyweight a few weeks ago. I'm hoping to get 6 plates in 6-8 months.
