@mayathebutterfly idiot! do you know anything about why cockfighting exists? they want those birds to fight to the death! i would forever choose for them to be put down humanely than to be ripped apart by a gaff from another birds foot.

HSUS also performs raids on dogfights, many of which the dogs are transported to local and non-local shelters.

i would honestly love a link to the place where you fill your brain with ideas and accusations. where do you do you research to bash the HSUS?

The humane society is a gamefowl death camp. They need to stop spreading this propaganda of rescuing, every gamefowl they seize they euthanize I mean thousands. This video shows birds as young as 6 months old that will be destroyed. The humane society is the biggest agency of cruelty of gamefowls and the president of the humane society needs to be fired

These people below don't seem to fathom that the roosters fight anyway naturally. So they also seem to have many different assumptions based on such ignorant things. It's true not every person is good natured but I still find it hard to talk of those I don't know.

I'm sorry but the video said POSSIBLY raising them for cockfighting. Nothing was said that indicated they actually had gaffs, knives, a cockfighting ring, or any such materials. Loads of people raise Gamefowl just for the preservation of them, and in that, you have to separate all the roosters otherwise they WILL fight to the death, it is was they were bred for. And don't say "rescued them" - The video shows the guys cutting theirs spurs off and we all know ALL those roosters were put down.

These roosters will not be alive long---no one will adopt them and they will be euthanized. I have chickens and know the average city has laws against roosters, even if one can keep hens. HSUS knows they will be euthanized, they just are not saying so
