@Sexyskyline08 Diamond Star Motors was a joint venture between Chrysler and Mitsubishi... about 1995 Mitsubishi took full control of plant and about 2002 renamed to Mitsubishi Motors North America... The three diamonds mean Mitsubishi not DSM dumb ass... DSM or Diamond Star Motors was named that after the Mitsubishi three diamonds and Chrysler's pentastar logo's... once that partnership went away so did DSM... My 2001 Galant is a Mitsubishi... not a DSM... so try again...

@airsoftg0d yup my 01 galant is always in the shop..my bugeye is only in there to play with...galant 2.4l is a shit motor..DSM or no DSM either way you look at it Galants are trash in the united states

Okay one FUCKING MORON mitsubishis are DSMs no matter the yr... If u look on ur engine bay says DSM it is 2 ur car is trash give galants bad name take that shit blow it... Btw I drive a 7th gen.. An I'm ashamed to call u a dsm brother an a galant brother.....

@jraylee first I am not your brother... I would hope I do not have idiots like you in my family tree... Second the thread on TGC should explain how much of a tool you sound to the Galant community... I stand by my original statement... My 2001 Galant is NOT a DSM...
