Some things are not too clear in the instructions. This might help clarify these for you. To charge the helicopter, turn the switch on the helicopter to the OFF position. Then turn ON the switch on the transmitter. The LED on the transmitter will glow Yellow while charging. It will turn RED when it is fully charged (not OFF as the instructions say).
Adjusting the rudder trim to stop the twirling is a challenge. Some forward motion of the helicopter seems to help.

I've got one of these, and it's terrible. Throttle control is bad; it's basically got 2 speeds, "slam into the ceiling" and "slam into the ground". Pitch and yaw control is completely absent, and the fact that they bothered to include "trim" buttons on the controller is a joke. It's just going to spin around randomly no matter what you do. The battery started out pretty good, but lost its ability to hold a charge after about 5 flights.

Hi, I just bought one yesterday and I'm an amateur. I found out after charging, the helicopter can only fly like 5-6minutes like what the manual said. Is this the maximum time the heli can fly? Also, I notice the back "twirler" (sorry, I'm not good at naming the parts of the heli) doesn't spin when I try to move the heli front or back. Is my s010 faulty?

i can see yours is spinning to the right so try trimming it to the left a little bit
